Lottery drawing date

The number one question that has been posed about the lottery:  when is it?

The lottery will be held on February the 27th.  We will start notifying those selected in the lottery on the 28th of February via email.  If you have questions about the lottery, please email Wendy Hansard at whansard@spectrumcharter.org.

Literacy Night Feedback . . .

The school literacy night book swap and Barton classes were a success.  The question we heard the very most was, "when are we going to do this again?"  Thank you all for your support!

By the way, we will plan to host another book swap near the end of the school year to gear up for summer reading.  :)

New Friday class schedule

We have the opportunity to expand our students' learning through our Fabulous Fridays school schedule.  Fabulous Fridays will begin with the new semester (the week of January 17th).  Students will participate in art and music classes, applied science classes (engineering, building, etc), and applied math classes (math in every day life situations).  Be on the lookout for information coming from your students' teachers about this exciting change.
